Dr. Alexander Sardiña is the CEO of Whiterabbit. With two decades of experience in the healthcare industry and a deep expertise in both mammography and cross-sectional imaging, Dr. Sardiña focuses on accelerating Whiterabbit’s growth in new markets and expanding its product offerings.
Before Whiterabbit, Dr. Sardiña served as the chief medical officer (CMO) for Solis Mammography, one of the largest mammography providers in the country. He also served as the CEO and Chief Medical Officer of Covia Health, a Houston-based 3D mobile mammography provider.
Dr. Sardiña conducted most of his training in Houston at the Texas Medical Center while attending Baylor College of Medicine. and The University of Texas Health Science Center/ MD Anderson Cancer Center. He also obtained a radiology fellowship from The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Jason is an engineer and scientist who has always sought to make an impact on the world through invention. His early childhood fascination with technology grew into an interest for building things to help people. This passion led him to pursue his doctoral work at Stanford University in medical imaging and computer vision. He worked on the cutting-edge of imaging and treatment techniques to deliver better health outcomes for patients with essential tremor and was an early innovator in applying deep learning to the diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy.
This journey led Jason to found Whiterabbit to examine and create innovations at the intersection of medical imaging and AI to push the limits of early disease detection.
Jason has authored multiple peer-reviewed publications and conducted research across a range of neurological diseases. Jason received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Applied Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, he received his Master's Degree and is a doctoral candidate in Electrical Engineering at Stanford University.
Before Whiterabbit.ai, Jerry served as Chief Financial Officer for Sight Machine, a Series C manufacturing analytics software company, and held senior finance roles at Mighty Buildings and Grabango.
Prior to his operational finance career with technology startups, he was an institutional investor with Premji Invest and Grand River Investments and an investment banker in the technology sector with Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse First Boston. Having started his career in Silicon Valley as an engineer, Jerry’s experience has been at the intersection of technology and finance with a focus on enabling and guiding emerging technology companies to achieve growth.
Jerry holds BS and MS electrical engineering degrees from Stanford University and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a CFA charterholder.
A career spent at the forefront of cloud, mobile, and communication technologies, Jon has a 15 year operational record of investing, founding, and building high growth technology companies.
First a seed investor and now Chief Business Officer of Whiterabbit, Jon's personal experience navigating breast cancer led him to join the mission of eliminating suffering through early detection.
Prior to Whiterabbit, Jon has been a member of the founding teams of several high growth technology businesses including Highfive and Vivu, acquired by Polycom. Jon is also a venture partner of the Craftory, a $300m investment house for challenger brands. He is a graduate of Boston College.
Marguerite is a regulatory and quality leader with over 20 years of medical device expertise. She has led hundreds of FDA and international regulatory submissions for instrument and software devices (SaMD) including wearable technology, hospital connectivity, critical-care patient monitoring, and IVD diagnostics.
Prior to Whiterabbit, Marguerite was Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs for Masimo Corporation, specializing in hospital automation and noninvasive medical innovation. Before that she was Director of Regulatory Affairs for Edwards Lifesciences, focusing on cardiovascular technology. She also worked in product development and engineering management at B. Braun Medical, CareFusion, Teledyne, and Boeing.
Marguerite holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from California State Polytechnic University and a Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law.

Neel Patel is CEO and Founder of OM Pacific Capital, a Multi-Family Office based in the Bay area. He started the firm in 2015. His firm manages capital for multiple families and Institutional clients across all asset classes including Equities, Fixed Income, Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate, Venture Capital and Private Credit.
Neel started to invest directly in venture backed companies starting in 2015 through the Venture Capital arm of his firm, Aceso Technology Partners. They invest at seed and Series A, and opportunistically in Series B. Sectors include: Technology, i.e. SaaS companies, Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare/Health-Tech, Bio-Tech, Real Estate Tech, Climate-Tech and Fin-Tech. Several of their portfolio companies have gone IPO or been acquired through M&A.

She partnered with Google and Palantir to create the company's first integrated enterprise data lake, significantly improving operational efficiencies and patient outcomes, spearheaded the system's introduction of generative AI solutions to reduce clinical administrative work, and championed the enterprise roll-out of remote patient monitoring programs to enhance patient access to care, while reducing total cost of care. At Google, she led consumer efforts for Google Health, helping connect and bring meaning to consumers' digital health journeys across major Google products such as Search, Maps, YouTube, Android, and Nest, and drove global market development and expansion for Google's Artificial Intelligence unit, DeepMind, as it began commercializing AI solutions in healthcare. At Amazon Web Services (AWS), she created the Healthcare & Life Sciences vertical business and successfully established AWS as the premier public cloud partner for healthcare and life sciences organizations across the globe, helping reinvent the way organizations collaborate, make data-driven clinical/operational decisions, and accelerate innovation from bench top to bedside.
